Either it should a luxury brand like Hermes or LV or a premium brand like Tommy Hilfiger or CK. I mean focus on quality over quantity and don't get into category which zudio is catering for. It will be very difficult to compete

Nikhil Kamat's advice, don't get into a business where passionate people exist with a mindset to make money. Fashion has passionate people, you won't survive unless you're into fashion or are a designer. If money is the goal, build boring businesses, manufacturer for clothing brands if you wanna be in the same space.
