I'm not a restaurant owner, I'm giving my feedback as a consumer. I don't like this is because 1) I'm kinda habituated to the normal physical menu,so that's why I don't like qr code menu 2) While ordering, i often rely on the waiters opinion to which item should i order yup, these two mainly

absolutely we all are habituated. in Dubai 100% restaurants are using the QR code system. this will help reduce in queue standing, wait time, QR code will not stop you from having a conversation with the waiters. they are always there to answer your queries. this system will not spread corona or any other deceases unlike physical cards. you'll have the menu with you all the time and plan it in advanced as a customer. this is probably helpful for businesses in controlling orders and traffic at the counter and helps businesses to retarget by push notifications. etc/
