I have some business ideas low- to mid-level assembly or manufacturing and exports. However, many of them are not currently actionable for me. Therefore I decided to share them on this platform, hoping that someone might consider implementing them. I plan to post these ideas daily or with a gap of one or two days. Idea 01: BLDC Drone Motor Assembly Unit / Brushed DC Motor for Toys or Other Applications It will be not a fully automatic production line. Instead, I envision a mini assembly unit with 6 to 8 workers. The necessary components to source initially include motor frames, insulated copper wire, shafts, stator laminations, neodymium magnets, and bearings. The initial investment is estimated to be around ₹2.5 crore to ₹5 crore, covering land rent, machines, inventory, testing equipment, and other expenses. However, the investment can be lower if you have your own space or a less expensive rental location and opt for semi-automatic machines, outsourcing frame and other CNC parts.
