Why not consider working with local car owners in MP instead? That would simplify the logistics and let you focus on building the business rather than dealing with cross-state compliance.

Your logic is right, But here in MP diesel cars are valid till 15 years. that's why these car owners here will not consider my plan. But, in delhi ncr region, diesel cars are expired after 10 years, their owners can't drive them freely. They sell these cars in very cheap price of 5-10 lacs or lower. My idea is that Instead of selling at this low price, they can partner up with my startup, i can generate income for extra 5 years in MP from these cars. after that I can sell those in good price. That is my reason to consider Delhi NCR car owners in luxury segment. Hoping for the right path from you guys.
