Well i have a startup idea.. and the market is highly unorganised there is also a recent unicorn from that field but the total market valuation in india is almost 152 billion dollars. If anyone wants to join, kindly dm me. Edit: so the idea is about the Indian logistics market..and the unicorn I'm talking about is BlackBuck...our idea is a bit little different to what others are doing right now because I have figured out the loopholes as I belong to the same market, since it's a huge market i believe that we will definitely make a business in this. currently we are a member of 3. But I need someone who has knowledge about technologies and knows web development also our priority will be those who knows about app development Thankyou 🤝

The idea sounds promising, but you’ll need to clearly define your differentiation. Competing with a unicorn like BlackBuck won’t be easy and the logistics market is huge, but breaking into the unorganised sector requires a lot of patience and strategic execution.

First priority in a cofounder should/founding team member should be whether they are liveable or not. If you cannot tolerate a person for more than half your day for more than a few years then shouldn't be working with them.
