College education is so overrated. Students are taught 6-7 subjects per semester and out of that hardly one subject finds real life application. Reading these many subjects for 3-4 years, then preparing for post graduation and then for a job... Harsh reality: Spending lakhs of money throughout your education journey and then landing a job with 5-6 LPA. Instead what I believe is that the Indian education system should teach students subjects such as entrepreneurship, finance, communication skills, stock market, etc so that they can have a backup plan.
