You are absolutely right, but our ego comes up and we think we can just yolo it. We don't need any therapist, once I launch my company everything will be fine. Even if you want to go to a councellor it's really hard to find the time to go regularly. Our community will come in handy here. We provide actionable steps everyday and we publish a newsletter every Sunday that consists of topics on productivity, health, relationships and life lessons from great icons. You only need to take small steps on your improvement journey. These small steps will compund overtime.
