why don't Medial do like this: - (for voting) give some tokens (5~10), and use it only if he/she like the idea. the voter needs to get some 2x tokens back if he chooses the top-3 best ideas. Rank the user based on the tokens he has (100-gold, 200- diamond etc..) and should show the rank after the name of every user. this gives many positives to Medial. the voting gets more interesting, the participants give better explanations, participants vote more wisely, easier while judging, etc...
