There are many unemployed people in our country or we can say that their income is sufficient to provide them with two meals a day and they do not have money for any stopover and the banks also do not give loans without any guarantee.If the government does not issue the CSR then it may be possible that the industries located in the cities can be set up a little closer to the villages so that labourers can be easily available in the industries and at a lower cost as compared to the cities.
