Don't fix something that isn't broken. We have always heard this matra. But then why does giants like Youtube, Insta etc; silently change major components of their UI. Why change something that the users are soo familiar with? What's the logic?

I have used chatGPT, Gemini, some Copilot, Claude.. maybe I am missing it but why hasn't any of these companies come out with a better UI/UX for input. Chat is fine but then with 100's to 1000's of chats on a sidebar. Search sucks and pinning works f
