they can't and can implement better than you depending upon their skillset so it's u who decide whether to let a person know that and there are very rare ideas which are one of a kind will make a big difference in world and like if it's any good a lot of people will reject ur idea a lot.

like people think they have a good idea but they really hit one by chance or by some deep insight working in an industry. think of all idea people today are discussing are ideas which someone has executed before you and succeeded in them or they're differentiating there idea by adding some features on top of that but the real idea are some crazy idea think of Airbnb back then no one really be that idiot to do that kind of thing but they did, spacex or any big company there was none before them or rare
