Is it must to get two friends to submit their ideas?? And I wanna know what will selection criteria for top 3 ideas, is there any or just VC's personal favourites because it can be biased if there isn't a criteria to select based on And hope best idea wins✨

Hey we want to encourage more people to submit their ideas and brainstorm and start working on them hence the clause. VCs judge purely based on potential of scale.
