Your idea is great. Assuming you gonna start in onr city covering limited area. I would suggest you think it as a outsourced service to schools and ask your price. Let school decide what they want to charge to the students. Go for convents or big names, especially schools which focus on quality rather than quantity. My wife use to teach Robotics in this model to some top schools in Mumbai. The institute she use to work for suppose to charge 25x to the schools of what she use to earn. She knows the entire model and especially tiniest cost associated in the process which I can guess you haven’t thought of yet. If you wish to discuss more you can ping me on LinkedIn.
