In majority courses there are guided projects where instructions are available at every moment,if you want to do something unique or little different from others you have to provide some unguided project where you don't provide any instructions to how to build a website or coding. You just provide them a topic and they will wrack their brains to make that. otherwise it will become difficult for you to sustain as already many free open sources are present.
