Final Round- German company - Growth Marketing Role Hi guys, had a final round with a German company for the role of Growth Marketing Manager. It's a small start-up and it really didn't go that great. The first two rounds went extremely well. It's just that the last round's first 40 mins were bad. was fumbling, I was a bit nervous but towards the end they seemed to like my answers. They asked me my salary expectations and how soonl can join and etc. What do you think could be the final decision? I'm extremely anxious?I don't know how the Germans think. The CEO's body language was a bit off from the beginning. So confused.
