If you want to hire people for repetitive tasks (requiring less cognitive effort) like data entry or content writing, consider hiring first and second-year students from regular colleges, rather than prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, or private universities. These students are more likely to be interested in doing the work for lower pay and may stay with you for a longer period. Additionally, some students from regular colleges may urgently need money, making them more likely to work tirelessly for you. 2. If you are outsourcing any work (such as platform development, product development, marketing, etc.), you should have at least some knowledge of the task. Otherwise, people might charge you an excessive amount of money. If you are knowledgeable and explain the details during the handover, they won’t be able to overcharge you. Note : You can earn lakhs of rupees, but if you don’t know how to manage or save it wisely, someone earning less than you could surpass you after a few years.

your 'hire cheap labor' strategy is more exploitative than a Bollywood producer. Targeting desperate students? Classy move, Einstein. Why stop there? Why not hire child laborers while you're at it?
