Currently I’m working as a software engineer and I have only 1 year of experience and I am not able to handle work pressure as things are very new to me but due to deadlines I need to close tasks as soon as possible..I really want to switch company as due to pressure I’m not able to learn thinks but I don’t have any other option to switch..can anyone guide me what to do

Hey, I am very sorry to hear this. The work culture needs to support completion of work as well as progress of your skills personally so you can keep getting better. If you feel it is difficult in india but you are a decent dev then do try some remote jobs in the US, the work culture is better (speaking from experience) Try going on YCombinators site and look for job openings for remote work and if you crack it then definitely you will find enough time to learn and upskill.
