I would like to tell you everyone who's going through issues in life take it as a challenge and avoid consuming alcohol. it's hard but stop consuming it for one night, tell ur self to go to bed without boozing for one day do this for everything and never go back to it even as a social drinker. Find someone who is willing to quit and reach out to each other when you crave for it so that anyone of you can support and change the mind. let's look out for our friends and family members who need our help!
