Lol as if being an entrepreneur is any easy or less stressful or freelancing is simpler? Anything where you don't know how you will pay for the next month's rent is not a simpler option buddy. I would be shocked and sad if people like you enter into doing your own thing and making your own money.

Not everyone can be entrepreneurs. some are afraid of taking risks and some couldn't because of family responsibilities. For people whose income source is their salary alone, they couldn't say NO to higher ups for the fear of losing their jobs. There are some companies take this fact to their advantage.

In corporate ten people including vice presidents and directors take around ten days to think and plan then after they ask the working team that tell us how you finish this work in two days. this is not a joke it is reality.😠, Work culture and all is bull shit, employees are just resources.

I have dual side over this topic Mridul , firstly maybe what you are saying is absolutely correct - but on the other hand they do get that kind of salary too to justify it . or maybe it's just these new employee thought corporate world will be just like playhouse - with wrong expectations .

Totally agree with your post. I've also left my job to start my own business just because of this toxicity shit happened in corporate and I suffered enough. Especially the companies in Noida and Gurgaon they are the worst in work culture the HR management, and so on.
