Iโm thinking of starting with five food centers along the 40km Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. These centers will be located just off the road for easy access, with a designated lane where cars can stop. Weโll offer fast food items like burgers, rolls, sandwiches, patties, cold coffee, milkshakes, and mojitos, all prepared within 5-10 minutes. Customers will see our boards and place orders via WhatsApp or our app, where weโll fetch their live location and direct the order to the nearest center. Once the order is ready, weโll notify the customer which center to pick up from, and the food will be delivered directly to their car. I donโt want to aggregate restaurants or dhabas that offer dining experiences. Initially, this will be a fast food corner concept, but we could expand to include dine-in options once it grows. The Delhi-Gurgaon expressway is an ideal starting point, given the daily office and college commuters. Investment is needed, but the concept should attract interest.
