Why not. Life is unpredictable that's why there's only 1%. And you can easily achieve that. Now comes the question is what is 1%? Because you've misinterpreted the term 1% and you're seeing it as adding something as a part of your routine but that's not the thing here. 1% is like reading a quote, sending necessary mail, research for 2 mins, eating 1 piece of apple etc. In short 1% is very small part that you can do within 5 mins.
