For this we can have some upvotes downvotes system for these matters, where public would upvote if they think the problem should be solved. Makes sense, but it's not sustainable because most "unwanted things" are not in the government's concerns. For instance, if there's garbage around your house, you should just clear it or pay someone to fo it, instead of adding it to the government's backlog. It's different if there's a crime, but criminals won't sit back and let you take pictures or videos of them. And crines should be reported to security, not the government. I feel that this idea would be complete if it has some sort of voting system, where people can vote and maybe also document whatever promises the politician made during his election.

Even I expected these kind of options when I saw drink water leakage in government distribution pipe in a remote area which is located in my job location. I've no idea about government related details here since I'm from a different state. Honestly I was expecting some way to report these kind of issues to authority, who can solve this.

I feel that maintaining the roads is a municipality thing rather than an MLA/MP thing. They'll say they released the funds. How well the funds released are being utilised is a big question mark here. People need to complain to the municipality first. If they don't respond then we have to go for MP/MLA
