The final decision will always be by a human but earlier people applied for jobs and then they are being picked as per criteria , but using ai HR will put in requirements and ai will decide that what profiles to be shown like that matches requirements most , yeh seo jaisa hojayega then . This is what I meant by soon AI will be deciding who gets hired
