People criticize Bhavish Aggarwal a little too much for "copying" Uber. Bhavish Aggarwal is criticized for copying an startup idea which already existed in the US. I don't think it makes sense to do so, Uber started in 2009, Uber was not a big hit until 2012-13, nobody knew Uber will be a big hit or a total failure. Bhavish started Ola cabs in 2010 only, just one year after Uber, still not sure if this will work or not. He was a fresh graduate from IIT Bombay cse, working for Microsoft, he was the creame de la creme, but he took the risk, he left a comfortable life to start up and his risk is paying off right now. It was all about execution and not the startup idea :)
