I may be wrong but according to me people these days are actually lazy I know many people who just took the subscription and they never used it almost 70-80% and their subscription is on auto pay so most of them just forgets about it. Please enlighten me if I am wrong.

Exactly bruh, me too fallen into this trap once an year ago. Paid for 2 months exactly. This is the way most of the edtechs survive actually. They make it hard to cancel subscription by which you just delay the process for days and fall into the trap.
