Start with 'Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle. If you like the work of author you can read his other books too. He has a youtube channel. Listen to his seminars, speeches about conciousness. Once you feel that you're present enough to be in this moment then despite whatever religion ypu follow , proceed with reading Sri mad Bhagavad Gita by Sri Ram Sukhdas. Take it slow with Gita. But complete it. Remember religion is a concept of mind and you are beyond mind. Don't bring religion into spirituality. Cheers. Peace.
