Hey let me tell you something, all these social medias are free to use but it does take millions or billions for maintenance. So the question what we get is "why is it free?" Many tell that they steal our valuable time but which is false. What they steal is our data, and yeah having a seperate browser with seperate cookie and data settings is why they made it for. End: if something is free, then remember you're the price
