As we can see the decrease in life span of peoples because of this work load and high stress . So, for this problem what about making platform where we educate people about ancient techniques and practices people use to live healthy life and also teaching about harmfull packaged products ingredients . What are your opinion on this and if such course is available at low cost would you watch it?
