I am from Jaipur and did my B.Tech. from a tier 3 college. Despite the challenges, I managed to secure some good internships and eventually got placed. Now, with 9 years of experience as an IT professional in various organizations, I often reflect on my journey. While I was fortunate, many of my colleagues struggled to find jobs. Over the years, I’ve learned what I did right and what I could have done better. My question is: How can I reach out to final-year students in small towns to share my experiences and guide them? I’ve written cold emails to colleges but received no replies. I haven't found any active communities in small towns for such conversations. My intention is purely to help, not to earn money or build a business. I believe in the power of tangible, face-to-face conversations over YouTube videos, though I might be wrong. Any thoughts or suggestions?
