Just a suggestion: like linkedin, medial should also have the jobs section where people can post jobs and get hired with an easy apply feature that will focus more on startups to hire new employees or stakeholders.
This is a platform which connects people with same mindsets and gives startup updates. Please let it be like that only. Else it will loose it's uniqueness and be another linkedin
