Ik it would going to happen. Not soon anyway. But changes in education sector might be difficult but this can be come under tax benefits section just simple notice by government from now on if you take this many classes in your area institution will grant you this much tax benefits can be good for society. I am afraid only institution could exploit this is someway or other but with proper thinking something can be done in a proper way.
