Also you have to make sure about your incoming and outgoing balance the amount of incoming veggies must be sold out else you ll end up collecting more waste than money because there is a concept called warehousing and distribution exists as middleware between consumer and producer so you have to think critically about eliminating both the layers OR You can think of any other gap in agritech I believe there would be many
