Received 9 calls today from Paisabazaar, RBL Bank, and Bajaj Finance. I block the number each time, but they always call from a new one. I've set DND everywhere and repeatedly asked them not to call, but it doesn't seem to work. If someone makes a solution for this and charges even ₹20/month for it. 600 million smartphone users, let's say 5% frequently receive these calls - 30 million left. 5% of these willing to pay - 1.5 million left. 1.5 million x ₹20/month = ₹3 crore/month, ₹36 Cr/year at a minimum. Why don't we have this yet?

TRAI is soon adding a regulation where all marketing calls will come from numbers starting with 140. Truecaller is already trying to solve it. They haven’t fully succeeded even with all the funding. TRAI regulations are much needed.

I have unknown callers disabled on my iPhone. My rule is simple, if you have my number then I too should have your number saved on my list. If you have my number and I don’t know you then send me a Whatsapp or a message introducing yourself for me to allow you to call me. Every other number can be skipped

Actually there are inbuilt spam call blocking on some mobile brands but some delivery, installation calls from Flipkart or Amazon or other services are being blocked.

The total claim from the creditors is about $1.5 Billion. I Don't think that creditors would even get 20% of it. Btw the total funding amount is over $5 Billion
