Bhai first of all, we need to spend more time with our teams, which is very much missing from our side. Nowadays, media will trick you into believing that work life balance is everything.

I struggled with this a lot when I first started out. Making an effort to still see friends/family regularly and have a life outside of the business helps. It's easy to become a hermit otherwise.
