Yes you can but depends on a lot of things like how good are you with the previous repayments and you’re credit utilisation for the most part. I’m assuming the assessment was not very old for your current property, which might mean that the last value stands. 😄

Yes Jaswanth you can do that, though, the process should be like: 1. They Are likely to reassess your property again. 2. Based on the appreciation, and depending on the bank you’ll get One again.

Yes you can. Infact bank will be happy to do this as they don't have to do KYC and DD again and can increase revenue from existing client only.
