Hello everyone I've been noticing alot of people discussing layoffs, I do understand it is overwhelming but I think it does have a positive side too... It can motivate people to start something of their own, Our Indian society has never been risk taking, It can motivate people to take risks I know initially it would be a disaster but I feel with time people will end up learning everything through experience, What are your thoughts?
