Maintain a small number SKU/ recipies. 3 of which can be most popular recipes and maybe 2 that are targeted towards people wanting healthier recipes (think of fruits and high protein nuts recipe). Sell these with the cart model. Valid what recipes sell at what volume and how it impacts wrt geography and demography. Give it 2 years minimum to have enough data points (this duration is sufficient to understand how people perceive waffles, my understanding is even if the product is sold at reasonable cost, waffle is registered in our heads as a premium food category).
