Hey mahafrin! Happy to see a profession colleague over here. You've got great experience, I must say. I'd suggest instead of becoming an employee, be a retainer. Eill save you from taxes. Also, hyperverge blr is hiring for a legal consultant role. You can try with them, otherwise take a look on INC42 or PE/VC's pages, check which AI startup has taised funds and shoot with an email. Any firm would love to have an experienced person on board!!
