I have been through something similar so I can understand your issues. The best point I can suggest here is try them all i.e. prep for CAT, take a UI UX internship, maybe do a few udemy design courses see what vibes. Then make a decision based on what you really feel for.

Have you looked into product design roles? They blend aspects of UI/UX, marketing, a bit of business savvy and can be a good intersection of your interests without needing an advanced degree just yet. Just a thought based on you saying you enjoy design but aren't sure about being a pure UI/UX designer.

It sounds like you're feeling a bit lost and unsure about what path to take next. That's totally normal right after finishing undergrad when you don't have a clear career direction yet. My advice would be to not rush into an MBA or Master's just yet if you're not 100% sure that's what you want. I'd suggest u to take some time to explore jobs/internships in fields like design, marketing, etc and get some real work experience first. An advanced degree is a huge investment of time and money, so you want to be certain before committing.
