Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I find myself in a challenging position, unable to make a clear decision, and I am seeking guidance. I am employed at a startup where my role involves no analysis. This early stage company prefers not to be mentioned on social media by its employees. There is no formal offer letter with a letterhead, nor are there provisions for employee provident funds or insurance. When I express a desire to work in analysis, I am told there is still time to learn. However, I am aware that time is not on my side. I believe that if I resign, I could rapidly acquire the skills necessary to become a Business Analyst. Attempts to upskill while maintaining work commitments have been unsuccessful Given these circumstances, what would be the advisable course of action?
