Startup Introduction Series Number 1️⃣ ORBIT AID AEROSPACE PVT LTD :- This startup is in the aerospace sector, and they are developing satelite life extension solutions enabling longer mission duration, reduced space debris generation and enhanced operational flexibility. They are aiming to establish a paradigm shift in how the space ecosystem operates. They are currently focused on integrating on-orbit refueling as part of the space ecosystem. Every year, functional satellites that provide weather data, communications, and other essential services are retired due to fuel depletion, becoming space debris. This is because there is no proper in-orbit refueling methods for satellites. To tackle this problem, They are developing a constellation of tanker satellites to establish a 'fuel station in space', which will reduce overall operational costs and enhance operational flexibility.
