Just focus more on Placement prep or on Some Compititive Exams/ Coding or development. And Do make videos on the experience you get from their, if you do make videos on separate topics then too do the preparation of placement because now a their is so much competition on YouTube and Once you have a stable option then you can try to grow on YouTube

Bro focus on what your capable and build your self in that field no matter how it's hard.. But your family situation I don't know but if there is any financial problems go ahead with job but work for your passion in your free time...

I would Suggest You Brush up on your Skills and Try for Off-campus Placement as you said your college doesn't have Placements, And you also Need to Look after your Family, So First Focus on getting a source of income Work 9-5 job and then I'd you're really very passionate about YouTube, Then Pursue that in your Free time and Weekends.
