House Selling made simple Problem- house/flats seller has to go through multiple brokers and usually wait for 2-3 months to get fully paid as that is the period anyone takes to make full payment. Solution- a company which offers them realistic price based on market rates/calculated through various data points and pays them instantly. Then get some repairs done and resell it to new buyer. Just like spinny does it in car segment. Gurgaon/Bangalore flats can be starting point for it. Do you think it is feasible and can make money. The answer to you question is the classic line by Rajpal Yadav: " Paisa ho to kya kuch nahi ho sakta" Thus segment is already existing and is very very fragmented, because this is done by some wealthy individuals. What you are proposing us not a platform, but actually being in the business of doing business. And hence the capital requirement is huge. Think of it as stock market, only the price of each stock is upwards of 70 lakhs, and the period of holding the stock is minimum 3-5 years to actually get some worthwhile ROI
