For me its just the relevant content that was about it. But yk what as the “doomscrolling” part gets serious I kind of understood that it’s not the content part I’m chasing or looking for. It’s just the sheer laziness to pick up a book and it’s Just so convenient no?? To pick up the phone and get to reels, yeah, breaking those primal urges is the main task as I’ve understood.

Yep exactlyyy! We tend to find doomscrolling way more easier + the short termed dopamine we obtain is like a fuel which keeps this car going and going, and it never stops.
