Unfollow accounts that trigger negativity, FOMO, or unrealistic beauty standards. 3.Follow Creators, Not Posers: Seek out inspiring individuals who share your passions. Artists, musicians, or even local businesses can spark real connections. at the end. insta looks at the time that you are spending and trys sending you different feed to hook you for long time. and because of their built-in poison you cannot change .
