this would probably never work. there's no universe where promoting, rewarding, and incentivising reckless driving on public roads with non-participants would end well. huge liability, huge potential for disaster.

How would be reckless driving?? That is the reason I mentioned as most rules would be typical to normal Indian driving rules. This will indirectly help car companies to fine tune their products and government will work on all areas to improve the infrastructure.
