technology need for preparation of healthy drink is the problem for the affordability i guess. Let's get example of sugar cane juice, if you go for the old school prees test is likely to be more good in comparison then juicers with electric motor and all. Cold pressed juices are considered as healthy coz during the process heat energy is less hence nutrients are present in intact form. And in large scale you can't afford cold pressures in less expenditure.
