Hey I am on Medial • 1y

Was super excited to join a startup 8 months back. Joined it. Have been building internal tools for the team since then. It’s becoming frustrating. I know it helps to achieve larger goals but I feel unproductive and useless internally. My whole team appreciates my work though. That’s the only good thing.

It will be, as things are very unorganiesd and many things are unprofessional in nature. It definitely feels. But the value of your work is 1000 times much in this startup rather than a big companies. Some tips to make it easy: 1. Keep working hours and routine meetings to make things as routine rather than in urgency. 2. Be more professional in work place. If you are much friendly and close they will eventually take you light and make things timeless.

Hey Medial App Team, The app requires manual storage permission, but the option to enable internal storage access is missing. This prevents me from posting images or updating my profile photo. Can we prioritize a fix for this?
