Probably a controversial statement! Is it really necessary for startups to focus only on IITs and NITs for campus hires? I came across many scenarios where kids from engineering colleges like VIT and Other good colleges excelling in their jobs while kids from IIT struggle to fit in. While it's not the most common scenario, I reckon that the focus for startups should not just be IITs but a healthy balance between elite campuses and other good institutes. Thoughts?
