Education I think. Education about few concepts like basic human necessities, its importance, marketing and advertising, customer service, management, economy, Investing, trading, accounting, maybe legal/political structure of country they live in and all that. Once a person learns about few basic things and tries to apply it in real life Scenario then sky is the limit. Some education concepts are like basic foundations. You get some courage to take risk to start a business or go for a new career when you learn it.
